So I set my shutter speed nice and slow, and using my tripod, I got patient and just took shot after shot. Low and behold, here is the finished piece. It is a corralation of about 5 or 7 shots put together and tweaked for awesomeness. Check it out:

Lightning Ain't Going to Strike Twice
Last night we had a wicked lightning show put on for us right in our own backyard. I had never tried shooting lightning before so I figured I'd give 'er a try.
So I set my shutter speed nice and slow, and using my tripod, I got patient and just took shot after shot. Low and behold, here is the finished piece. It is a corralation of about 5 or 7 shots put together and tweaked for awesomeness. Check it out:
