2010 is quickly developing into another superbulous year. And I mean superbulous with a capital “S”. Not only weddings, but there tons more on the horizon. I wish I could showcase it ALL right now! I am going to have new things aplenty to show my clients in 2010. If your interested in becoming one, email me and we’ll make it happen.
Amanda and Jason’s wedding day came and conquered. I am glad I had the opportunity to partake in it all. From the moment I arrived at Amanda’s parent’s house, there was no stopping. We took advantage of every moment we had to get some great shots. I felt it was only fitting that we head to the Exchange for a few as well just fill up those last few free minutes.
Wherever we went, the two of them look so relaxed and pumped to be in front of the lens. I felt they really got comfortable during our engagement shoot, and this day just fed right off that. I don’t know what it is but they got a certain style that emits a cool and confident aura that feeds off to others around them. That rocks.
Thanks guys for letting me take part in all the fun! Hope to see pictures from the honeymoon!

Wendy, Jesse and the Horses
Happy Friday everyone. Another mild week has gone by and I love every minute of the weather. Winter can stay away right up until Christmas. That would be perfect. Then it can snow (not too much too soon though!) and stay similarly cool out, but not -40 please. That’s what I will look forward to.
Wrapping up another engagement session recently, I present to you Wendy and Jesse. Wendy is a colleague of mine and when I heard about her engagement earlier this year, I jumped at the opportunity to shoot their wedding.
Since Jesse’s parents live on a farm, we figured it would be a great location to do their session. What an idea! They looked right at home too. It’s always great to shoot people in a setting like this that captures their personalities and interests. These images make themselves.
I can wait for the wedding next summer, and you can bet their will be more of the same. I can’t wait to see the barn!

Amanda & Patrick in the Park
A month-and-a-half until Christmas. I can not believe how quick this year has gone by. This was definitely a well-fulfilled year and have the people who helped make it so great to thank. I have met some great groups of people over the months, and I am looking forward to capturing their events in the coming months!
Amanda and Patrick, seen below, are one of those groups. They are tying the knot in January next year and I am thrilled to take part in the winter event. Winter weddings are so cool to shoot and the look awesome. We just have to start praying for some non -40 weather...
We took an opportunity a couple weeks back (while there was still no snow) and wandered around King's Park for a while. They are a very natural couple. If I didn't know any better, I would have said they were already hitched. But alas, in a way I am glad they are not, otherwise we never really would have gotten together right?
Here are some snapshots from their day:

Louise & Jesse Sitting in a Tree....
One of the greatest things about this job is that I get to meet so many wonderful people. Louise and Jesse were definitely no exception. I am thankful for the opportunity I had to shoot their wedding recently.
Louise and Jesse tied the knot on a cool October day. Even though it was just the three of us hanging out down in the Exchange and at Red River College downtown, it was great to have a chance to get to know them. They are very down to earth and relaxed and that's what I enjoyed so much abouth them. Just by spending the few hours that I did with them, I have no doubt in my mind that they will have a long and happy life together.
Thanks for having me as part of your day and hope to keep in touch!
